Refund policy

We want you to love your candle! If it wasn't what you were expecting, let us know within 30 days and we'll return or exchange your unused item for something you do love. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@plantbasedcandles.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will provide a return address when your return is approved. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@plantbasedcandles.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
We accept exchanges on any unburned candles or unused products within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email, and we'll issue you a free return label to download and print. Once we receive the product, we can exchange it for another item. If the prices are different, there may be an additional charge. Exchanges must be mailed in the original packaging to ensure safe arrival.

 

Refunds
Products must be returned in the original packaging to ensure safe arrival. There are no restocking fees. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. If your return is not approved, we will contact you with the reason. Please also keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
